Dishing The Soaps!

Okay I’m all caught up now on Days. Today is the type of day where you just stay in and snuggle up with a soap or maybe a book. It was nice to see Sami and Lucas together. It reminded me of the early days when they were the best of friends. I think she used to call him Soldier Boy? Or am I hallucinating it? Well he was at military school so it is possible. They had a nice chat so now I’m wondering if I prefer them as friends or as a couple since I do like Rafe and Sami together. Bad timing Will but see he has a key which means yesterday you could have ignored the knocking on the door. So what if Sami is spelled with an i. The full name is actually Samantha whoever you are mystery chick that Rafe loves. It was funny when Lucas was making fun of Rafe.

Hey why is Sami wearing a new outfit but Rafe’s in the same one? Are his clothes still packed? Did he spend the night with Ariana whoever she is? That wasn’t good when he said he loved her but there’s the chance that she could be related or maybe she’s gay or something. The fingers are crossed since I’m kind of still rooting for Rafe and Sami to be together. I do wonder about about what Lucas said about Chloe having secrets. I wonder if he might remember something. He also looks like he heard her talking to the Father.

Well that priest is pretty open minded since he’s cool with lying. It’s just too bad he’s so boring when it comes to marrying couples. What happened to Father Jansen anyway? Maybe he’s just bummed that he became the type of priest that can’t get married. Well he could always check out the nuns at the convent but that would go against his vows and the only time I want a priest to get defrocked would be a hot priest like Antonio for instance. Where was I?

So that’s how they’re getting rid of Chelsea by sending her to London to care for her Billie who was in some accident. They were a bit vague about that and I’m thinking they won’t give Max and Chelsea a chance to say goodbye unless he shows up and goes with her since he’s leaving too. I had no idea that Jack and Jennifer went to London. I wish they’d come back since I adore Matt since he’s the best of all the Jacks. But nope they are in Africa. I bet Africa is like another Salem with all those people there and Bill was mentioned and the actor that played him has been dead for years. Well dinner awaits me so I’m off to enjoy some chicken.

Imagine that Rhys continues to be a moron. He’s calling Hayley static. Hello dude you’re the drummer so wouldn’t you be static and come on face it isn’t the drummer the easiest one to replace in a band not that I actually know anything about that. I wonder if that’s really her voice. Well it wouldn’t be the first time a soap star had the ability to sing unless that’s just something the soaps do on this side of the pond not that they can’t but since this would be the only British soap I watch I really wouldn’t know. Word salad anyone? Now I have that Pink song in my head.

Myra and Mike are adorable. I would have loved seeing them in the grocery store. They cooked calzone and apparently it was better than sex at least as far as Myra knows. Actually I would love to see these two together. He’s certainly going to need some consoling when he finds out that Zoe stole his play. Bad Zoe!

So Rhys gets booted from the band. Okay I could be wrong but I thought the band was actually Josh’s and since he’s leaving for London I think what’s the point really? Why not have Lydia and Hayley? Come on that’s just lame if a person is so close minded that they wouldn’t want to hear a girl sing simply because she happens to be in a wheelchair. What does that have to do with a person’s ability to sing anyway?

Aw Elliot and Lelia but I kind of wish one of them would make a move. I bet she regrets telling him that she just wanted to be friends. He’s the type of guy that will hear what she says and go by it so in a way he sort of reminds me of Xander. How sweet that he wants to do the DJ thing to try to win the money for that painting Lelia wants. And she has a glow about her so he’s seeing auras. I bet mine is beige or something.
