Dishing The Soaps!

I love the McQueens but they aren’t great about giving birthday presents but actually it’s not like I got any myself and hey Nana gave Michaela that picture. Okay that’s kind of creepy hanging a naked picture of Nana in your bedroom. It turns out that the painting is worth money but Michaela who was bummed by the crappy gifts although Mike came through since he’s experienced at gift giving she just left it. That wasn’t very smart since a painting can look like crap and be worth a bloody fortune. So don’t toss it until you know whether it is crap or not. 

Well things didn’t go so well with Elliot and Lelia but hey right on for trying something else but why she had to choose the painting to do it on. You really shouldn’t start painting on another painting when you don’t have permission to do so. She decided to paint Elliot naked and of course he kept his hat on. He’s like the British Bobby wearing the hat all the time. I bet people don’t recognize him without the hat. So poor Zak is in the doghouse because he came too late. Maybe some paint remover would work but no that might screw up all the paint. He was awfully excited about Elliot having sex and had many colorful expressions. I’ve never heard fry the chicken before but that did make me hungry.

Russ wants to see Max which is understandable since he is Russ’s son but Jacqui isn’t exactly the most reasonable person in the world. It didn’t really help that Nancy came in since she should just butt out. Let the two of them work things out which probably won’t happen since the guy’s leaving. Well his character has been pretty dullsville lately so hopefully he’ll have a good sendoff when he leaves Hollyoaks. Where will he go?

And when is crazy Claire coming back? I had heard she’d be back after all she didn’t die so that should be interesting. Maybe she could kill Warren. Oh that’s just nice Leo trying to act like a father. I’m surprised he remembered Lauren’s name since she’s pretty neglected in that family. No wonder she’s all messed up pretending that poor Anita is bullying her when she’s the one that’s gone off the rails. At least Sasha isn’t using again but what she sees in Warren I just can’t understand. Sure he’s cute but he’s bad news. She totally screwed things up for Calvin who was finally going to bring the bastard down. Now his ass is in trouble but at least he’s talking with Carmel so I’m kind of hoping they get back together.

Oh I just enjoy the days of the pretty being shirtless and thank the Gods no stupid Ridge to muck things up. Only hotties please since I was eating my lunch at the time. Okay it was a bagel but still. I wouldn’t mind him stripping for me and the fact that Bridget could just leave him like that says it all. You don’t leave someone like that half naked unless you’re in love with someone else. Yes Nick is really cute too and I’m getting used to his hair although I liked it better before but that doesn’t mean he still isn’t pretty darn cute. I just want the hair color he had when he was on Santa Barbara and Melrose Place and later on Sunset Beach instead of this hair but I guess I’ll take what I can get after all I did get Oweny goodness because that boy has no problem going around shirtless or having his shirt unbuttoned. Hmm Brandon should hang out with Jensen to get him over that phobia he’s developed. You think he’d be fine since he was on a soap once himself actually the same soap as Brandon was on and hell they’re related since they were both part of the Brady Clan and where was I?

Brooke is butting in again but this time it seems like she’s rooting for her sister to get the guy instead of her daughter. Sure Katie mentioned Bridget having her chance with him but isn’t that kind of sad that she’s going with leftovers that her niece is still in love with? Oh the weirdness of the Logan girls. I’m still worried that there might be a shortage of guys but as long as Owen gives me regular doses of him taking his shirt off I think I’ll be able to manage. And I offer to take over to console Owen if he needs it.
