I Did It
Well I can now breathe a sigh of relief since I’m thinking this will be the last day of weirdness. It went back only two hours this time. It wasn’t looking good for Gaz since he flatlined which led Newt to think he was dead but he wasn’t.
He ends up going into the woods. Lauren talks to Theresa who finally turns up and Anita. She tells them about having the phone and how Ricky responded to her text. She’s sure he’s the one that did it and it isn’t helping that he hasn’t been seen since. They were being watched so when they went back to the woods which is short for the place that time forgot he followed them. Poor Newt was sure he did it although he had no memory of it.
Ricky shows up and says that Newt didn’t do it and he accuses Lauren since he saw her with Ste. But it turns out that it was Anita. She had spiked his beer with nuts because she knew about his allergy which is why she knocked the can out of his hand. I guess she thought that even he didn’t deserve that. She ran through the woods and he was chasing her and hello he was going to rape her so she grabbed a rock and bashed it into his head. Um that would be self defense right or do they do things differently in England?
She freaks out and doesn’t say anything. I don’t see why because she was just fighting him off. He wasn’t going to let her gone until after he raped her and he was going to film it. See cell phones are evil. So everything was on the phone but the picture of Newt and Anita kissing pissed Theresa off and she ended up smashing the phone. Didn’t they break up? I’m not trying to excuse Anita or Newt but come on these are murder charges against the guy? So now the evidence is destroyed much like the pen was smashed by Kate on Days.
The police came to the house but Newt was outside and Eli turns up. I was wondering if he’d come back when he stopped taking the pills. He’s blaming himself for the whole mess and thinks Gaz is dead when he isn’t. He ends up opening his eyes. Hopefully Anita will confess and I doubt that she’d be brought up on charges since she was defending herself. So all around it isn’t looking good for any of them because the kiss pissed people off. I’m sure Lauren isn’t thrilled either about the whole mess.
Mal decides to leave and Mercedes finally admits that she doesn’t want a baby. I knew she was using the baby as a way to get him to stay. He leaves and after Cheryl gives her a talking to she decides to go. She’s about to get into the cab when Mal shows up. He decides to stay. I’m glad about that since I like Mal and I’m sure Kris will be thrilled too. I think he left so quickly because he didn’t want to start crying. Sure Mercedes can be a bitch but I have to say that she does love Mal although that was not so great to tell him she wanted a baby when she really didn’t.
That was a close call with Ste. He went back to the McQueens to put the stuff he stole back. I’m thinking the door was left open. That’s not a smart idea since you should always lock the door. You really don’t want to come home and find out that someone broke in because that really and I mean really sucks. Hopefully he won’t get caught because he’d have to deal with Myra and I know I wouldn’t want to mess with her when she’s pissed off.
I just want to smack Archie. He’s talking to Lelia who of course regrets having sex with Archie because she’s still in love with Elliot. Archie says Elliot is his best friend and that the only reason he showed interest in Lelia was to show Elliot that he still wanted to be with her. And the sex part came in why? I guess it doesn’t count since it was just the one time. I’m thinking his brain is one scary place.
Elliot and Lelia talk and he apologizes but she can’t bear to keep the truth from him. She mentions sleeping with another guy but she doesn’t say who. So I guess my hopes of them getting back together is pretty much out. It certainly isn’t good when the person just jumps into bed with someone else and if he finds out that it was Archie I’m thinking he’s going to get pissed and show a side of himself that we just haven’t seen. I’ve never really seen him pissed off but I’m thinking this would do it.
